He is very friendly and energetic. He likes talking to his fellow neighbors and always treats them nicely, but won't hesitate to scold them if they put trash or anything similar into the waters of the town. Due to his lifestyle, his is very athletic and is in good shape. However, he has a tenancy to lose track of time so he'll sometimes forget to eat as he'll be in the water. He doesn't like fighting and does his best to avoid situations that end in it. He's a bit on the sensitive side so he might begin to tear up if yelled at, picked on or hurt. Despite being a pacifist with a glass heart, he doesn't submit to others automatically. His instincts are to try to try to disarm the situation, flee, and then if necessary, fight. He doesn't like being pushed around and if worse comes to worse he will have no choice but to fight them himself. If this happens, especially if he's with a friend or his partner, he won't attempt to flee and will be willing to fight to defend them. With how athletic and active he is, he's developed quite a bit of muscle and speed, so taking him down won't happen so easily.


Biography:

He spends most of his time swimming in the river or ocean, as he makes sure the aquatic Pokemon are staying healthy. Sometimes small groups of Pokemon will follow him around as he goes about his day underwater. He works well with any rangers that come by to check on the wildlife, since he's practically an aquatic ranger with how he works. He doesn't like it when people fish because he's afraid the hooks might latch on him when he's in the water. He cleans up garbage as he swims, careful to keep the waters as clean as he can. He likes to search the bottom of rivers and reefs for small shiny objects to collect. He finds many interesting things while underwater, especially in the ocean. He has an amazing lung capacity and can stay under the surface for a long period of time before needing to come up for air. This allows him to search the ocean floor for items and cool places to visit. Because of technology though, he has an underwater breathing device now that helps him stay under the surface even longer. 
Whenever he's not in the water, he's going about the town. Usually he jogs or runs around, climbing up trees or rocks to help him stay active and in shape. Most of the time he is in motion, but for short periods of time throughout the day, he sits down to eat fruit or anything else he could find to eat. Another exception is if someone wants to chat; most of the time he's not busy enough to decline a conversation with a friend. He explores underwater and if someone had accidentally dropped something in the water, they would just need to find him because more often than not he had already found it. If not he'd be more than happy to go look for it for them.
He prefers to use his Pokemon for support rather than battling. He likes to carry his partner Lulu around when they are on land or have at least one of his Pokemon out, as he enjoys their company and makes him feel more secure.

-He is DEATHLY afraid of Kaiser and will avoid him at all costs no matter what
    -Helped clean up during the Easter Event for Miya, but when he found out that he would be getting his reward from Kaiser he nearly booked it right then and there. He did his best to be polite, as he was doing so as well and thanking him for his work, and he shakily took his reward, excused himself and proceeded to walk to a safe area before breaking down entirely.

I hope he catches a break and is able to relax. Maybe he could go an a walk with me sometimes, it helps me when I can't sit still so maybe it'll get him to relax as well."

 Lauren ♀ "She's pretty cool. It's a shame she had to arrive during the start of winter, it must've been so cold in summer attire! She's a swimmer like me, so maybe once it gets warmer we can go swimming together~"

 Valarie ♀ "Oh my gosh, I love Val so much! She's my best friend and I'm so glad she moved to this town with me, I really missed her since I moved away. I have a habit of clinging to her, but I don't think she minds in the slightest. We have sleep-overs and mess around a lot, so we always have a lot of fun when we're together. I hope we don't ever get separated again, because that was horrible..."

 Amber ♀ "We met in a forest at night, I helped walk her back, but we ran into some Pokemon on the way. I liked her, I do hope I can meet her again~"

 Holly ♀ "I feel bad for her, she doesn't seem like a social type and she ended up at that dance. I'm glad she allowed me to take her out of there, she seemed much more comfortable in a more less-populated setting. She seems like a good person, and she sounds like she's had so many fun adventures! We exchanged some tales while we were in the cafe, I wonder if she'd like to go on one together. On or off land is fine~"
