PokeFusion - Rapichu

So there's this new group TeamRockets-Hideout  and they create Pokemon Fusions and I decided to give them some of my ideas. One of which is to have NPCs of both human and pokemon. I decided to create a pokefusion who might hopefully be one of the NPCs ;w; He could be the shop-keeper and his name is Sol
